“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Not the most up-to-date, not the most out-of-date. A good stay.”

“The window blinds didn’t fully cover the windows, dishwasher was broken, doors to one of our rooms didn’t close unless you picked it up and forced it closed. The sofa sunk in and the sofa bed mattress was very thin. Other than that the place was good.”

“The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc”

“All in all it was a great stay, from the super late check in to putting us right near the pool which we used every day we were there! We will definitely stay again!”

“No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy”

“Hotel ok, in una zona di concessionarie auto, ma comodo per raggiungere gli Hamptons Camera a grande e pulita ma molto rumore di notte che proveniva dall’esterno Vorrei segnalare la signora alla reception al mio arrivo, maleducata, poco accomodante se non sgradevole, dovrebbe cambiare lavoro, non è adatta a stare a contatto con il pubblico ”

“Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan.
