Questo è un appartamento di 2 locali, il secondo letto si trova nella zona open space all'interno del grande soggiorno (si prega di leggere la descrizione di seguito).

Posizione
Un bellissimo e immacolato appartamento di 2 locali nel cuore del distretto del Canale Patrimonio Mondiale Unesco. Nascosto in una strada tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni (quartiere dei musei, Rembrandtplein, piazza Dam). Scopri alcuni dei migliori negozi, caffetterie accoglienti e locali alla moda della città proprio dietro l'angolo di Utrechtsestraat, una strada vivace che esiste dal 1658.

Descrizione
L'appartamento si trova al 1 ° piano (equivalente al 2 ° piano negli Stati Uniti) di un edificio del 19 ° secolo, quindi non è necessario salire troppe scale. Ci sono due ampie camere su ciascun lato dell'appartamento. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e si apre su un bellissimo balcone con affascinanti case storiche di Amsterdam. L'altra camera si affaccia su una strada molto tranquilla con tipici edifici del 17 ° secolo. Questa camera è più grande e dispone di un letto matrimoniale nuovo di zecca (dicembre 2018), di una cucina completamente attrezzata, di un nuovo tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie e di una smart TV. Entrambe le camere hanno porte e offrono molta privacy. Bagno privato (con doppio lavabo e vasca da bagno), servizi igienici separati e un piccolo armadio lavanderia con lavatrice.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è spaziosa e ottimamente accessoriata. Si trova in una sona tranquilla, ma a pochi minuti dal centro ed ottimamente collegata alla stazione centrale ed all’aeroporto. I proprietari abitano nello stesso complesso e sono simpatici, disponibili e molto gentili. La prenotazione semplice e l’agenzia che gestisce l’appartamento molto professionale. Tutto perfetto

L'alloggio è molto confortevole e funzionale. Arredato con gusto si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere, anche a piedi, le principali attrazioni della città. Situato in zona molto tranquilla ha nelle vicinanze fermate di bus e metro e molti bar, ristoranti. A circa 200 metri anche un supermarket ben fornito. L'accoglienza da parte del proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, è stata veramente eccellente. Lo consiglio

Quiet and centrally located, allows a family of 4 to enjoy Amsterdam at it’s best. You can reach all the main city attractions in 20 to 25 minutes walking. You can reach the grocery's stores in less than 5 minutes and the kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook your own meals like us. The owners fantastically arranged our transportation to and from the airport.

The apartment was in a great location and with in walking distance to most sites as well as the metro and tram stop. You can't cook in the apartment which wasn't an issue for us but if you are planning on making stuff there is only a microwave. There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to pick up your own pods. The owner said there were a few in the pantry from the last guest but suggested we purchase more. I feel like this is something that should be provided to guests but that's just my personal opinion. The owners live directly upstairs so if that is an issue for you it's just something to note. We never even saw them and the building itself was quiet. Our son did mention noise at night from the street but not a huge issue. There is a door that separates the kitchen/living/extra bed area and the main bedroom so privacy isn't an issue if you have a teenager but there isn't a couch so if your hanging out you are sitting on their bed.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location but just wanted to add some additional notes if you are thinking about booking.

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Italian restaurant a few doors down was excellent, we ate there twice!Gabriela met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early. She gave us a brief rundown on the apartment and the neighborhood, which was nice.The only minor downside was, the toilet room was a bit small, but it did not detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything that it was convenient. Had great shops, food, and a grocery store near. Close to the canal. It was far enough away from all of the really crazy tourist locations that it was calm. Nice to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the calm and quiet of the back garden area. If you want to be in the middle of a touristy area, this isn’t for you. If you want some quiet and you want to feel private and calm- book now! A quick 10 minute walk to the Albert Cuyp Market, 20 to the museums and about the same to the Anne Frank house. We walked everywhere, but there was a tram stop nearby. We’d go explore. Come home for a bit, then head back out to explore some more. The apartment was clean. Had all the things you could need for comfort. Great that it had a washing machine. It was the last bit of our trip so we needed that. The quick conversation we had when we checked in was very helpful. The owners are very kind. I highly recommend. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Loved this experience.

This apartment was perfect. It was located in a really central area but it was like staying in a little town of its own. Our apartment was in a very quiet street with lovely views over the back gardens. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. At one end of the street were so many great restaurants including Michelin starred restaurants and at the other end a wonderful canal. The tram was just around the corner and we could walk to a canal tour, Van Gogh’s Museum and the Rijksmussen. Than you Tjerk and Esther for having such a lovely apartment.

Die Eigentümer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, für diese Gruppengröße war das Appartement ideal. Nette Cafés und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nur den Lärm von der Straße konnte man auch nachts hören. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Comfotable Apartment in a great location.

We enjoyed staying at Gsbriela’s Apartment. There were 3 of us and it was a comfotable size. The bedroom is large and the living area, where the sofabed is located, is actially more spacious than it appears in the photos. The location is amazing in a quite section of Amsterdam close to good restaurants and walking distance to the museums. We caught a great canal boat tour just a few blocks away.Communication and check-in was easy. Eva met us at the door, gave us the keys and a little tour of the apt. I highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic location!

The location of this property was superb! The cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby were all top notch. The neighborhood was not overly crowded with tourists as some of the more central neighborhoods are. It was easy to walk or take the tram to all parts of the city. The apartment itself was super cute, clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy, even with our flight being delayed several hours. We would stay here again!

Comfortable, quiet apartment on a small street that's convenient to everything! A short walk to the tram as well as cafes and shops -- all just around the corner. Communication with Gabriela, who manages the booking process, was great. She responds very quickly. The owner met us upon arrival and showed us the unit. He lives upstairs and is accessible if needed. Bathroom looks new. Shower/tub combo is nice and water pressure is great. Note: from the front door, guests walk up about 15 steps to reach the apartment, and there's not an elevator, so not a good choice for disabled travelers. But for us, it was perfect.
