Perfetto appartamento sul canale centrale e tranquilla

Appartamento elegante e tranquillo in uno dei quartieri più belli Amsterdams. Godere di un atmosfera da villaggio proprio nel centro della città. Un perfetto e tranquillo rifugio dopo una giornata di visite turistiche. I trasporti pubblici, supermercati, ristoranti, bar e del mercato (organico) a pochi passi.

L'appartamento lato del canale luminoso e soleggiato è composto da un ampio soggiorno, una camera da letto con un lussuoso letto matrimoniale, un bagno e un angolo cottura ben attrezzato con state-of-the-art DeLonghi macchina per il caffè tutta-bean. Il divano letto nel soggiorno può essere facilmente convertito in un secondo letto per due persone.

L'appartamento è bello arredato e comprende un televisore ad alta spec intelligente con un full-serie di canali, cuffie senza fili Sennheiser, WiFi ad alta velocità e un intero-bean macchina per caffè espresso DeLonghi.

Il quartiere occidentale Isles (Westelijke Eilanden) è come un villaggio ai margini del centro della città. Fourhundred anni fa era prima espansione di Amsterdam. Wonderful stay in Amsterdam

Wonderful apartment run by friendly Sebastian. Easy check in, plenty of space and very close to bus/tram stop. Sebastian provided great recommendations for pubs and eateries nearby. Perfect for us and our 18 year old daughter.

Cool Amsterdam condo

Super nice condo convenient to the train stay and all the city bustle. Sebastian is kind and prompt and easy about everything! The place is well appointed and if you need anything Sebastian is just upstairs. Would definitely stay here again if in Amsterdam!

Perfect in Every way!

Staying with Sebastian was fabulous! The VRBO was in a quaint quiet location with easy access to all parts of AMS. We were able to get to and from Kerkenhof in a breeze. The bed was extremely comfortable. The entire VRBO felt very spacious with plenty of room spreading out. We had welcoming cheese, wine, tulips, coffee, and cookies waiting us. We felt exceptional safe. We will definitely stay here again and recommend family use as well.

A beautiful well appointed apartment in a central location!

The property was roomy and immaculate. It was very comfortable with a large bed and living room. The kitchenette provided everything we needed for self catering if we wanted to eat in. Very easy to shop for food with a supermarket close by and easy access to public transport and all the sights of interest with canals on the doorstep. Our host was very helpful and greeted us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this fabulous apartment.

Amazing place

The owner lives in the same apartment so is there if you need help with anything, he’d put a Christmas tree up which was a lovely touch. We left the apartment very early morning for our flight and he organised a taxi for us with a lovely driver who was also very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, a small hob, fridge and coffee machine, we will come back one day and would love to stay again, felt very safe in the area with the kids

Ideal Amsterdam apartment

Host Sebastian was outstanding: helping us locate the apartment, checking on us throughout our stay, providing a guest book of recommendations. Loved staying in such a well-designed space with lots of well thought-out conveniences. Accessible to central Amsterdam on foot or via public transit. Thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood - great local spots for food & drinks. We will be recommending this apartment to our traveling friends. Highly recommend this apartment.

A great family stay

The apartment is in the great location, not far from the central station and the city centre. The host met us on arrival and showed us the apartment which was well equipped and comfortable. We had some cheese and wine left for us. The coffee machine (fresh beans) in the kitchen was fabulous. We’ll be back in the future.

Lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the special welcoming snacks and wine! Great communication with the owner. It was a convenient location and easy to walk or catch an Uber to main attractions. If we are ever back in Amsterdam we would definitely return to this lovely apartment!

Respite Before Return

Stayed a couple of nights in Amsterdam before heading home (after a week in Belgium). The place is a great, quiet location, but easily accessible to public transportation to get around the city. It was the ending weekend of Pride Week, so there were a lot of active crowds in the city. Making this quiet home even more appreciated for being able to get rest in the evenings. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Amsterdam.

Great place, nice location and wonderful host

We stayed for a week last year and enjoyed it so much that when we saw a 3 day opening at the end of this vacation we decided to return. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, about 5 minutes away from the central rail station by bus, close to shops, restaurants, canals, a park and a grocery. It’s easy to make day trips from Amsterdam. The apartment is on ground level, nice sized living room with dining table, large comfortable bed, small but adequate kitchen and bath. Sebastian is great and very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We had fun again so hope to return next year.

Great location

From the pictures we thought this would be a canal view however there are cars blocking it as it was a walk out. Opening the door and people watching was fine though. Walking to Jordaan or the city square was 18min or less and both safe and straight forward, it was great Sebastian was outgoing and answered questions quickly

Wonderful apartment!

Raises the Standard for Hosts

Our stay at Sebastian's place was simply the best I have ever had. Sebastian's commitment to ensure the best possible stay went so far above and beyond what was expected that it will be a tough experience to top. Between the generous welcome gift, to mapping out where to go, providing recommendations and even facilitating luggage storage and a ride to the airport on our departure day, it was a truly exceptional experience. Cannot recommend it enough if you are coming to Amsterdam, quiet location but still easily accessible to all the major spots. Tremendous job Sebastian.

Great apartment in Amsterdam.

My husband and I spent 8 days in Sebastian’s apartment. Everything was perfect. The flat is in a great location, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful coffee maker. We even had a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks awaiting us when we arrived. Sebastian provided a neighborhood guide to restaurants, grocery stores, laundry etc. He answered all our questions very promptly. All in all he was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this flat to anyone.

Peaceful and Clean Accommodations

We were so happy with our apartment. The street was so peaceful. You couldn’t hear a thing. The accommodations were immaculate. All amenities needed. Our host was right there to meet us when we arrived by taxi and helped with our luggage even though it was early in the morning. The coffeemaker was wonderful. We enjoyed the freshly ground coffee and espresso it made. Lots of storage space. Comfy bed and linens. Very spacious. Very safe. We could walk to a nearby square where the tram #5 stopped. The building is situated in front of a canal. Parakeets flying around and the cooing of pigeons were the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again. Sebastian answered my questions promptly by email when we had a question and was very helpful.

Our host, Sebastian, was a true gentleman from beginning to end. We spent 8 days in this apartment after taking a transatlantic cruise. Sebastian was kind to greet us when we arrived early and stowed our suitcases. From there, he had maps and area information readily available, answered questions promptly, furnished fresh towels half-way through our stay, and even offered to mail our package back to the States for us. The apartment is located in a safe, residential area on a canal. Restaurants, the bus headed into Central Station and a grocery store was an easy walk; just a block away. We would definitely stay in this well appointed property and heartily recommend it for any and all travelers.

Amsterdam stay

Very clean, quiet apartment on a backwater canal. 5 minute walk to buses and local restaurants/shopping. Sebastian is an excellent host. We walked from Amsterdam Centraal train station as it was Kings Day and crazy busy. Took about 30 minutes. After we got used to the buses we had access to everything.

Fabulous location

Sebastian was a great host, making our check in and out friendly and easy. The apartment is exactly as listed, and the location could not be better. The apartment faces a quiet canal but is just is around the corner from a busy square with a fresh food market, cafés and quick access to bus and tram lines that took us everywhere we wanted to go.
