“For the price, I think complementary breakfast should be included. Embassy Suites does this and we love it.”

“Good”

“It smelled bad, and there was no hot water for showers. Plus, the sheets on my bed were damp when I first got to the room.”

“This place is incredibly dirty and unkempt, at least the room I stayed in. I reserved the room and checked in around midnight, because there were no other rooms available in the city. Upon entering this room, I was greeted by the sight of dead roaches on the floor, accompanied by a pungent smell. The furniture appeared to be in a state of disarray. I immediately called the front desk, and they apologized for the situation. They informed me that they didn’t have any rooms available and would...

“Jessica was very inviting and was a big help”

“A nice, clean, well staffed hotel/motel.”

“Overall my stay was good, breakfast and staff were good. My room could have used a better cleaning of the small details. But overall my stay was good.”

“Staff, Clean room, bar, walking distance to Wildcat stadium.”

“Eravamo stati nella stessa Catena ma a Dallas MA MN HA NULLA A CHE VEDERE CON LA STRUTTURA DI DALLAS illusi che trovavamo la stessa o comunque simile situazione. Invece è l opposto Puzza tutto Vecchia struttura Moquette tutta macchiata Per fortuna solo di passaggio 1 notte E VIAAAAAAAAAA NON CONSIGLIATO ”

“While the room was reasonably clean my biggest complaint was the shower. It was the puniest shower I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Very weak. I long for the good old days when you had access to a little bar of soap, a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I hit my head twice on the bracket holding the the bottles of shampoo, etc. For the second day I purchased a bar of soap at Wal-Mart and felt like I was truly clean. How far have the brakfasts fallen at Holiday Inn Express? I used...

“Do not book here. You will be disappointed! Amenities do not work. Had to use pliers to get the stovetop to work. No cable for two days. No hot water for two days. Washers in the laundry do not work. We had to go off site to wash clothes. Incorrectly charged for pets. Site says $85 per dog per week. It’s $200 per dog per week. Suspicious charges & rate changes on our card.”
