Hotel vicino a Rose Park Tennis Center - Abilene

“Breakfast options for guests with the included breakfast package were quite limited. I'm not sure what was happening on that side, but the selection did not meet expectations.”

“Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...

“I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.”

“The room was clean but had flies in the room and a fly strap hanging in the corner. The bathroom needs some work.”

“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“hotel discreto per una sosta di una notte , colazione mediocre, stanza grande ma con odore di chiuso. parcheggio dell'hotel. senza infamia e senza lode....”

“Property was in disrepair, rooms dingy and foul smelling, ended up cancelling reservation and moving to a different hotel. Note, dont fall for the protection plan it does absolutely nothing.”

“You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.”

“The front desk staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was good.”

“Room was decent. Breakfast was best part of stay. Donna was fantastic. Paid entirely too much money for the stay but it was fine. ”

“This place was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay very much. We have attempted to go back a few times, but the price increase put it out of our budget. Great facility though!”

“The hotel was VERY dark and had a strong smell- like Pine Sol or Clorox. The ice machine did not look clean. The elevator was extremely slow-like it was about to quit working. Also, the fire alarm was set off at 2:20am and we had to go outside- ended up being a false alarm. Not a happy place nor clean.”

“We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.”

“The elevator door opened & slammed shut constantly. The room TV was on satellite and had no reception during a 3 hour evening storm.”
