“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”

“Room was in unfinished,resendlly done construction. No tv. In room. No hanger, in closet. Bath room has what’re leak, Dirty toilet water was on bath flat like pond. Each time we use bath room we has to go throw dirty water , I been complains to manger and owner. No response, no correction made, room door key was parvide to us, eash time we go out we have to inform to Clark. When we come back to room we have look around Clark to open our room to enter in. Past 3 day, room was clean 1 times...

“The staff at the this hotel is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth and easy. The room was ready when I arrived. The room is very spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress and clean sheets. Bathroom was also very clean, enough towels and toiletries. Overall very good experience.”

“There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.”

“Worst dormitory ever seen - fake picture ...no bed given as shown in the picture. poor quality of mattress (in fact it is just a plastic foam, not even matrass). bath room is worst. Do not recommended this for family stay.”

“The rooms could have been cleaners with better bed sheets. The toilets also were not clean, stains and dirt around the toilet seats. Staff were excellent ”

“Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.”

“Arrived on 12/02/25, checked in the room was not , had booked a double king size bed , instead got two single bed , the fridge was not working , room was not cleaned , the breakfast in buffets only had four to five items, for what they were charging us for room which was 10000 rupees per night”
