“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”

“There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.”

“This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. Toilets and bathrooms were well maintained and clean, and towels and toiletries are provided by the hotel. Hot water was available throughout the day. Breakfast which is good is available in the...

“Worst dormitory ever seen - fake picture ...no bed given as shown in the picture. poor quality of mattress (in fact it is just a plastic foam, not even matrass). bath room is worst. Do not recommended this for family stay.”

“Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.”
