“ They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . “It was great 1 day stay while passing through. 3-star hotel, meet our needs Neighborhood was as expected in UP. If you are first time in India/UP maybe avoid this area. ”

“Not for the weak of heart. It is in a residential neighborhood and hardly any parking. No TP in restroom. A handheld hose is provided to wash up. Frequent loss of power for short periods. No outside food is allowed. In room dining from restaurant only. Only 1 shower towel provided. Extremely squeaky bed. Room not cleaned properly as cigarette butt was still there when we checked in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and tried his best to make us comfortable. ”

“La camera in dormitorio che costa 2000rupees, me lo hanno fatto pagare 5000 a notte solo perché avevo prenotato con un app al di fuori dall'India. Hotel situato in un luogo comodissimo e centrale peccato i prezzi, a causa del kumbh mela i prezzi stanno alle stelle e loro se ne approfittano di questa situazione. Comunque alla fine ho ricevuto il letto, e un bagno che alla fine va bene. Non posso pretendere di più. Solo alla fine quando stavo facendo il checkout e perché c'era il proprietario...
