“POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Since 3pm on July 04, 2026 check in time, I informed Front Desk the AC was not cold. Throughout the day, 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ON 4 SEPARATE OCCASIONS/TIMES all came up to the room and confirmed AC was not cold. The whole day to the next day, still nothing was done. I asked for a manager and only to be told the manager is off and to come back later “IF” the manager will be on site. “We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service. 1. Front desk staff told us there is an ice bucket in our room, however we did not see it. 2. Breakfast selections are poor. 3. There is no any signs in the room that call locally will charge a fee. When we check out, they charged us 0.75/minute. 4. If you lose your towel card or room cards, you will get charged (thank God! we didn't lose any of the...

“フロントの対応は良かったが、ロビーや廊下などホテル内全体の温度が暑すぎた。 ベッドメイク後のタオルの補充が足りずフロントに申し出したが、部屋に届けてくれるのも遅かった。 全体のガラスが汚すぎて、外の写真も撮れなかった。 部屋内湿気が多いようなカビ臭さを感じたので消臭剤や柔らかな芳香剤があると良い。”

“オーシャンビューのお部屋にしましたが、部屋からの眺めがとても良かったです。プールは広く、スライダーもありました。すぐにビーチにもいけるので、海も楽しむことができました。”

Sia che lo scopo del viaggio sia la spiaggia che lo shopping, l'hotel è in ottima posizione. Vicino al centro di Tumon, ma senza sentirne i rumori. Una salita, non del tutto adatta a chi avesse problemi di mobilità, porta all'albergo dalla strada principale e dall'accesso alla spiaggia.”

“The room was okay for the price. The hotel needs better plumbing. The toilet pressure was so weak. The bathroom sink was cracked and rusted. Tub is clogged. We were in a king size bed and the bed kept squeaking. Only thing new looked like the pillows. There was also a roach that showed up in our bathroom. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.”
