“This hotel is absolutely gross and severely rundown. Flooring was completely missing in areas, there were horrendously poorly patched holes in the walls, the bathroom sink light didn’t work at all, the toilet was overflown into the floor when I arrived. I had to get a new room, and that toilet was clogged. The curtains had all kinds of cuts and holes in them. The lampshade was stained from some dried liquid on it. There was no rod on the closet rack. It was just very gross. It’s outrageous for...
