“It's an old venue, and right off of I-70, so lots of noise if your room (and most are) facing I-70. I needed ear plugs.”

“ They never cleaned the room or changed the towels. The bed was very squeaky, the mattress moved around a lot, and it was old with holes from wear and tear. The AC had a sticky liquid spilled on it. The toilet was also loose; every time I sat down it moved and felt like it was going to come off. Overall, the place seriously needs maintenance. When I checked out, they charged me the $100 deposit again. The staff said it was a mistake, but I only noticed because I received a charge notification...

“The hotel was close to the family we were visiting and affordable. However, it is extremely dated and looks nothing like the pictures. All rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking. The first room we had definitely was smoked in, appliances were old, curtains were falling off. We were given a different room which was better. The only thing that was hot for breakfast was the coffee and make your own waffles. There were bagels that you could toast and cold cereal.”

“Convenient location and easy to get too. Seemed like an safe and secure area. The room was okay, definitely not as nice as the pictures online. Lighting was not great (even missing some lightbulbs), bed was not comfortable and seemed small but it was clean. Bathroom was sketchy, baseboards looked dirty, toilet would hardly flush, missing vents in the ceiling where the fan/heater should have been (so that feature didn’t work), appeared to have black splotches coming through the paint in the...

“STAY AWAY from this one. I don't event know where to start. We fought for a refund the whole time. 1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. The whole sink front broke off as soon as we opened the drawer 5. Dirty unit. I don't even think they clean these between guests. 6. No new towels for the entire...

However, a significant drawback was the influx of non-guest visitors who were utilizing the amenities. During my stay, one evening, a company hosted a lively drinking party with employees who were not staying at the hotel, which added to the noise level. Additionally, on another night, I experienced the commotion of children running up and down the elevator, which was particularly disruptive....

“Everything was great It was fully equipped and everything really nice room but there's nothing to do on site like there's no pool they have like a little gym but I guess it's cool but there's no pool no like common areas really the interming or chill but it was a very nice room”
