“We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid ”

“Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night.”

“The lady at the desk was super nice & helpful, but the entire facility reeked of smoke & crack addicts. My room was "non smoking", but definitely was smoked in quite heavily. I was a smoker for 27 years, so I know what a recently smoked in room & property smells like & this was it. Cheap price, so I guess you get what you pay for here. Room was clean though, just smelled terrible.”

“Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2...

“Pros: cheap. The room itself was clean, but poorly maintained. Conveniently located to downtown. Really nice coffee shop a block away called Sapor. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked quite well. Cons: people smoking meth right outside the front door. No joke. Parking can be challenging. Checked out a day early, was not able to get even a partial refund. The continental breakfast consisted of white bread to toast, some muffins, and cereal. The orange juice dispenser dispensed...

“Honestly just kinda shady place. Pictures looked nicer than what it was spiderwebs in room, stains on walls and bathroom counters. Place just could use a remodel or wrecking ball …”

“We checked in late and only had one towel for three people and asked for more and was told they didn’t have any. Bare light bulbs for lights. Cigarette holes in the bedding. Several hookers standing outside the downstairs rooms.”

“This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money.”

“This was by far the worse Wyndham property I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy, the property was old and not maintained. When booking it said breakfast was included and there was no breakfast, coffee or anything. The TV didn’t work, there was no phone in the room. The bathroom was disgusting, the sheets were filthy. It was a terrible place and I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.”

“Motel in una zona molto brutta della città e direi anche pericolosa. La camera puzzava di fumo anche se era non fumatori . Pareti sottilissime , si sentivano tutti i rumori delle altre camere . Camera e bagno poco puliti . Gli altri ospiti del motel erano personaggi poco raccomandabili che probabilmente vivevano nel motel . ”

“The heat register was broken off the wall. There were no glasses to get a drink of water with. There was a huge pile of garbage outside the room. The desk clerk didn't tell us the room was so far away and should have driven back. It looked like a drug deal or homeless area.”
