“Felt like home top shelf accommodations!”

“The host was wonderful, the inn was welcoming and comfortable, the breakfast was delightful, all of the accommodations were on point. Will definitely be back!”

“Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work.”

“Room wasn’t the cleanest. Dead flies on the blinds. Elevator did not work at one point. Brought it up to staff and they brushed it off.”

“Great place to stay for the Morgan Wallen concert with only a 20 minute walk to the venue, Staff was super helpful, hot tub was great and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Great stay in Denver!”

“Everything was great”

“The hotel had no onsite staff after hours - like at all. So when there was a fire at the house next door and the next morning when we got locked out and locked our dog in the room we had absolutely no way of contacting ANYONE!! No answering service, no one answered their on site security line, no one answered at their corporate offices. This is extremely negligent and dangerous. Not to mention poor service if you had any needs like more towels, plumbing or air co issues, noisy neighbors etc....

“Beautiful clean upscale, photos don't show the quality you see in person in decor. Amazing staff, great big bathtubs, top bedding, special rooms, excellent amenities and details. No pool. Bikes, coffee wine bet in lobby, long list of amenities in room. Amazing views on terrace of Union Station. Can't go wrong here.”

“How close it was to the rail system. Beautiful hotel and amenities!”

“This hotel does not offer parking through the hotel itself. It's a third party app, and if you don't pay attention, the days and hours could be incorrect.Thus, you have to pay for parking all over again.As there are no refunds. Sofa couch was not comfortable and there is no TV in the bedroom. Hot tub and pool was nice”

“Charged early arrival fee without advising they were doing so and double charged for food that was charged to our room.”

“Good location , but way too much construction in the area and property back to a train line with constant noise . We did not care but anyone who worries about these issues should be aware .”

“Great place hidden gem only thing is navigating to find the unit Rooftop access !! restaurant and brewery and coffee shop right next to it ! Great place I will different rent this place again !! ”
