“First off it seem like you're staying at a nursing home/ halfway house. Everybody in that hotel either had a walker or looked like they were from a halfway house with a dog. We didn't feel safe at all being there. We had to stay the first night but thankfully we were able to get out the last two nights to a different hotel which was extremely better. There was roaches there within a minute of walking into the hotel room crawling on the restroom sink. The carpet was so disgusting. The bed sheets...

“Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work.”
