“Most of the staff were friendly, but the hotel had a lot of RULES and anyone who was in breach of them was spoken to in a most unfriendly manner by senior staff - junior staff and guests alike. Often the junior staff were shouted at across the room, for everyone to witness, rather than the senior staff member taking the four steps to politely remind them within only their hearing.
