Often the junior staff were shouted at across the room, for everyone to witness, rather than the senior staff member taking the four steps to politely remind them within only their hearing. “Excellent location for convenient and easy access to F&B, transport and grocery. Nice river view and quiet surrounding, occasionally could hear ambulance siren as the hospital is just nearby. Most staff are friendly, especially Francesca is very polite, patience and helpful.”

“We were pleasantly surprised. The price was great, especially for a Saturday night. The room had everything you needed, especially the kitchen facilities. Not a kitchen itself, but had a kettle, toaster, utensils, microwave and ur standard tea and coffee facilities. Along with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even a dust pan! The room is small, but not cramped, still plenty of room to put your suitcase out and relax. We would definitely stay here again.”
