“We didn't know what to expect. This place was up to it's high rating. Julia and the rest of the staff were very accommodating! The place was renovated into the hotel Teo years ago and still feels brand new. The a/c was the quietest we have ever experienced!! There is one of the coolest little markets next door along with some other places to eat that we will try the next time. Loved the waterfalls and casino close by.”

“Totally understand that they are under construction and things are big time awry. Parking lot and parking spaces where a hassle and temporary security lights that were in the parking lot were lit during the day and not lit at night which made the security of my self and vehicle a little worrisome at night. Inside of the premises were perfect and every aspect of that were also great.”

“Room was disgusting! Toilet was dirty and surfaces overall unclean upon checkin. I had to wipe and disinfect prior to being comfortable enough to stay in the room. The hotel was allegedly sold out so there were no other rooms. Front desk ladies are nice but it is not nearly worth the amount charged. I would like a refund. ”

“The property overall is top notch. I was pleased with my King suite, and had a nice view of the property overseeing the pool. The casino was a lot of fun. The staff does well to keep the game floor clean. Service could be improved at the cash center during busy hours, but the staff were all super friendly. “I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The beds were dirty, the towels were stained, the bedspreads were stained, the room smelled terrible, the air conditioning didn't work, and, above all, the cleanliness of the room was terrible.”

“The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.”

“I’ve seen jail cells in third world countries cleaner than this dive! I needed a dry place to escape from the rain while traveling on my motorcycle,which is the only reason I stayed. I wouldn’t even take a shower in this dump. Toilet paper filling a hole in the window. God knows what running down the wall. Expedia should remove this property from the site. Did I mention the working girls!”

“Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots. This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray.”
