Benvenuto in THE PROPERTY!

Situato in una tranquilla strada senza uscita, questa proprietà recentemente ristrutturata è stata trasformata in un'accogliente e deliziosa casa per le vacanze con arredi nuovi di zecca in cucina, bagno e lavanderia.

La struttura dispone di 3 camere da letto, una con bagno privato, una cucina open space, soggiorno e sala da pranzo che incorpora un camino a legna per le notti d'inverno più fredde, nuovo pavimento, porte scorrevoli che si aprono sul nuovo piano di calpestio esteso davanti alla proprietà, bagno europeo / lavanderia con doccia separata.

Aria condizionata / split system, TV e lettore DVD, mobili da giardino e barbecue, posto auto coperto, cortile completamente recintato per i nostri amici a quattro zampe che sono i benvenuti a godere di tutta questa proprietà ha da offrire.

La proprietà è un valore eccezionale per famiglie o amici dove si arriva, lasciare i bagagli, parcheggiare l'auto e rilassarsi. Sedetevi sul ponte, leggete un buon libro, oziate davanti al camino, giocate a carte, discutete degli eventi del giorno, di quello che avete fatto oggi e di quello che farete domani.

Nelle vicinanze si trovano incredibili brughiere per osservare la fauna locale e la fauna selvatica, i canguri pascolano per la strada e la boscaglia circostante, campo da golf con mini golf per i bambini, spiagge locali, piste ciclabili, skate park, Coogoorah Park e la sua incredibile nave dei vecchi tempi per i bambini , l'Arthouse per provare la tua mano e la pittura o la ceramica, i mercati estivi sul lungofiume, qualcosa per tutti!

Great retro style house!

The house was wonderful! Complete with comfy couches, beautiful patio and very well equipped throughout. Highlight was the record player and awesome music collection! It’s in a beautiful bush setting, a short drive from the beach. The only downside was that linen was not supplied and was an extra $35 per bed. We found several pieces of linen (T-towels, face washes and 2 sheets) stained. Also after having our booking accepted and fully paid for, we were told we couldn’t check in until we uploaded digital ID to the (overseas) agency. Fortunately, when we refused this we were able to deal with the local agency.

Perfect spot to stay in Anglesea

Immediately felt at home and loved being amongst the trees and the bird life that visited each day. Great spot to unwind and only a short drive down to the local beaches. Kitchen is really well appointed too which is a bonus. Would happily stay at the property again.

Cosy, quiet home for a beach stay

Loved the property at Greeves street - it was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend cooking and hanging out during some terrible weather! The location was wonderful and so close to the beach and to the town; the kitchen was amazingly well appointed and we loved that we could cast onto the tv from phones as this was a huge hit with kids. The cockatoos came to visit every day and the view was just lovely.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! We are a family of 5 and a dog and it was perfect for all of us! The house was clean and cosy. The fireplace was amazing and it was our favourite place to be at the end of the day. Thank you for allowing our dog both in and outside the property- that is our definition of ‘dog friendly’! The huge deck was perfect for meals, coffees, wines or reading peacefully amongst the beautiful trees and birds. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay. We will be back again next year!

Lovely property

So impressed with the property, the lay out of the rooms and the outdoor space. Comfortable beds which is so important. We really appreciated the coffee machine, and generous allocation of kitchen equipment and basic supplies. Great feels. Thank you :)

Tranquil holiday setting

Very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. Easy place to be in regardless of weather. Loved the cockatoos and tree views. However most importantly we could have our elderly beloved dog with us. Would definitely return.

Quiet location, close to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, the deck area was great and having the open fire was perfect for the odd cool indoor day. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need. We look forward to staying again.

Great Place...Would Stay Again

This property was beautiful - just the right size for a family of 4; it had everything you needed (even wifi...important for our teenagers) and was beautifully decked out...so comfy. It was also lovely to be able to take our dog with us...he loved sitting in front of the fire.

The house is the perfect size for a family. Beautifully renovated with everything you need for a holiday. Walking distance to main beach and Roadknight as well as local restaurants. The kids loved the cockatoos. Super quiet street made enjoying the stay even more relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and will be back for sure.

Only downside is that linen isn’t included. Luckily they contacted us prior to us staying but we then paid extra for linen. I get that it is written in the ad but it isn’t something I expect to look for.

Peaceful Getaway

the property was fantastic, great location. Walking distance to the waterfront, although an uphill walk going back. It was great to sit in front of the fire at night and just relax. All amenities provided was pretty much everything you needed. Small moan, pillows (stained & flat) and doonas (thin, no warmth) are well past their use by date and could do with a freshen up. We took our own so this did not detract from our comfort/warmth The area was so peaceful and sitting out on the deck made it feel like we were staying at a bush retreat not in town. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Great property, clean, spacious and well stocked.

Hubby, myself, our two kids and dog stayed for 10 days. Fantastic house. Clean, spacious, everything worked. At the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet location. Birds hang out in the verandah. BBQ is great. I can’t really fault the place. Excellent! Thanks for a great stay.
