“Great property! Rooms were clean and orderly. The main bathroom was our favorite place with the kitchen a strong contender. We understand that there will be bugs but we did have an issue with German cockroachs. It wasn't an infestation but probably a response to people moving into the property. Overall it was a great time and will be renting with BeachBox in the future!”

“The place was a little run down but cozy and the host was quick to respond with questions. However we never gained access to the third bedroom and there was no cleaning supplies. Finally found a broom but had to move the fridge. Would recommend for a day or two stay but not a week. ”

“Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

“Well maintained, accurate listing, and just a short walk to the beach and the jetty. I especially liked the loft area; it was perfect for the kids to have a separate hang-out area during quiet times. ”

“Very quiet neighborhood with no public beach access, steps from the beach! I didn’t have any reason to contact the host, but they shared contact numbers for me to reach them at if a need arose. I would stay here agin!”

The neighborhood was nice a quiet. We really enjoyed the view from both decks and would definitely recommend the house for anyone looking to fish there. ”
