“Reception was hard to find at night, or I'm just a blind idiot whondidnt see the signs... We were welcomed by the manager who was very friendly and helped us with the checkin and getting wine and dessert sent to the room, even thought the kitchen had already closed. The room was large and clean. My wife said she felt like she was staying in an old castle room, in a good way. Im pretty sure we booked the larger room on the property. “The Sails Nelson was absolutely amazing. Not only is the location central and within a quick walk to local cafes, restaurants, and the city centre; but the staff are super friendly, accomodating, and helpful. If I could give the Sails Nelson more then 5 stars, I most definitely would!”
