“GV Tower is a modern building, with kind staff and located downtown qalking distance from Cebu must-see Santo Niño Basilica. Unfortunately my room was infested by cockroaches and bugs - wich I suspect affects all the other rooms. Also the bed sheet was dusty. Morevover the air-con is at same height of the bed and that makes it unhealthy. On top of that the window's glasses are thin and depiste being a high-rise it's very noisy.
