“GV Tower is a modern building, with kind staff and located downtown qalking distance from Cebu must-see Santo Niño Basilica. Unfortunately my room was infested by cockroaches and bugs - wich I suspect affects all the other rooms. Also the bed sheet was dusty. Morevover the air-con is at same height of the bed and that makes it unhealthy. On top of that the window's glasses are thin and depiste being a high-rise it's very noisy. "Ottimo hotel centrale. Molti fast food vicini ma pochi ristoranti. Struttura recente. Personale gentile. Un poco rumoroso soprattutto la notte per il traffico.Ottimo, anche se limitato, il breakfast, alla carta, senza pero' scelta di dolci e di succhi di frutta per mancanza di buffet. Solo un asciugamano grande in camera e poco shampoo e carta igienica. Antipatica la richiesta di cauzione in contanti di 1000 pesos che ritornano an check out."
