“ No receptionist at the site. No sign that we need to check in at neighbour hotel. Neighbour hotel staff who check me in is nice but the morning women receptionist is very rude and not friendly at all. She is supposed not working at hospitality ”

“The pool was closed due to someone pooping in it on purpose. The room was dirty, there was a ring around the tub as well as hair on the wall of the shower. The sheets were dirty with stains. The breakfast was horrible and very bare minimum.”
