“The room had no heat when we first arrived, but warmed up fairly quick. I’m not sure why they left the room unheated when it is pretty chilly outside. The beds are comfortable and the shower was warm. They could use a few more towels. ”

They listened to our frustration, did a quick but thorough job of checking us in, the room was spotless, and the person at the front desk when we left was very helpful and kind. We will recommend Quality Inn! ”
