“Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately.”

“The microwave and refrigerator were both unclean. The refrigerator had several rust spots on the door and it only had three legs so it was wobbly despite the rolled up shopping bag used to correct the wobbling. No hooks any where in the room to hang towels. Holes in the bathroom door indicated where the hooks used to be.
