“The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. “No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. “We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator...

“A poorer representation of Hyatt properties. Furniture in disrepair or non-functional in my room. Only one elevator working. A tiny bottle of wine at the bar cost me $30! When staff were apprised of issues, they scoffed and said I should have just asked them to change my room (which I booked specifically for the type and size I needed). No real attempt to address my concerns.”

“Buona struttura, confortevole e comoda. Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare. Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“Very welcoming staff”

“Staff knocked on door slightly after 8am and wanted to know when we were checking out. Check out was 11am so why wake us up?? ”

“Good location to food and the stadium. Staff was very nice! The rooms could be cleaner and updated some. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, rust or wear in some places in bathroom and we killed 2 spiders in the bedroom area. ”
