“Each staff person I spoke to was very helpful. The front desk happily held my bags after check out for a few hours. The breakfast staff accommodated our requests quickly. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating too. The room was very clean. There was always fresh water, coffee and cookies in the lobby too. Our stay was great, we would definitely return!”

“This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean. “I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this.
