“Great location to Ann Arbor Downtown and the UM Campus. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The HELP line via text messaging was very helpful and was quick to respond. Made everything run smooth!”

“Booked 2 nights, paid for patio room, the ac went out the 1st night, that room had rusted bathroom door and drain issues, no where to put clothes cause the handles were missing so couldn't open the drawers. Didn't get moved until 3 the next day after maintenance said he couldn't fix the ac. The new room was smaller on the second floor in the back. The hot tub hasn't worked since December, according to them they have staffing issues.”

“Staff were great. Room was so-so. Holes in carpet, black stuff in corners of tub, refrigerator was loud, black out curtains too small to cover window. Only maid service in 3 days was one fresh set of towels. Breakfast had good variety but they ran out of number of items after the first morning and they weren’t restocked. Price of room was jacked up because of Morgan Wallen concert in Ann Arbor. Otherwise we were glad to even have a room.”
