“Buona struttura, confortevole e comoda. Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare. Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“Very welcoming front desk gentleman. Another staff member and greeted me everyday, I wish I could remember their names. Room was clean and comfortable. So far any Holiday Inn Express's we have stayed in are consistently clean and comfortable.”
