“This is my second stay at this hotel and both times were great. I will always come to this hotel when staying in Ann Arbor. It was clean and quiet, the fitness center and pool were of great use, the breakfast was good only inconvenience was the maintenance being performed around the property but even that was minor. Great place to stay!”

“Each staff person I spoke to was very helpful. The front desk happily held my bags after check out for a few hours. The breakfast staff accommodated our requests quickly. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating too. The room was very clean. There was always fresh water, coffee and cookies in the lobby too. Our stay was great, we would definitely return!”

One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. It was a little cramped in size, especially the bathroom.”

“I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. “This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean.
