“The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. There was construction at every floor around the elevators, so we were first put in a room directly across from an elevator. When we walked in, the noise was deafening in the room so we turned right back around and they moved us to another room, on another floor. That room was hot and the floor was soaked from the AC unit running itself out so we had to go back down to be moved a third time. The staff were super apologetic, professional and kind....

“Apparently the pool is closed indefinitely. When we complained as it was one of the main reasons to stay there, the staff said the website had it posted. It was not true at time of the visit. Also, on 2 separate floors - the ice machines were not working, you had to go to a different floor. One elevator was out of commission. Room was clean, poor a/c in bedroom of king suite but still doable. Both TVs shut off by themselves in the middle of the day while being watched at separate times. Not a...
