“The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. “We stayed five nights at the Residence Inn Downtown Ann Arbor and had a great experience. We were fortunate to have a panoramic king suite on the fourth floor and it was a perfect setup for my husband and me and our dog. It was well-equipped with what we needed (the only ding there would be that some grout by the shower door wall and floor could use some love). “We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator...

“Good location to food and the stadium. Staff was very nice! The rooms could be cleaner and updated some. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, rust or wear in some places in bathroom and we killed 2 spiders in the bedroom area. ”
