“Clean room ”

“Clean and tidy. Staff are great.”

“Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. ”

“Very central but would ask for park side apartment as it would be quieter. Staff were friendly and the facilities good. Would stay again when visiting Ipswich.”

“Sorry to say but won't stay here again. We had a shower that flooded the bathroom floor&a basin that filled with water that never went down. We had a lovely person who stayed the second night &had their tv on for the entire night&the walls are paper thin. Not the best place to stay.”

“Overall the room and bathroom were well maintained. Comfortable bed. Only problem:- The front door key was a little troublesome into keyhole in the dark.”

“Very nice stay with everything you would need. Breakfast was fresh assortment of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal and coffee. Very accommodating and treated us like family. We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices.”

“ The staff member was efficient and very courteous and the room was ok. There was nowhere to hang clothing and there needs be a hand towel in the bathroom.”
