“This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. “Amazing hotel with a big hall, overlooking balconies on trees and inner garden with pool, 5 warm and cozy hot tubes and a small fountain with fishes. Rich breakfast, big room and perfect cleaning. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break. ”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

“The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower head was weird. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, run, snore, plus everything else. The pool area was very nice and big. No hot tub. “Booked and paid for a king bed, got a full and was basically told nothing would be done about it. The room had a hole in the wall, a broken light switch and an all around grime to it. There were vending and ice machines down the hall that weren’t even plugged in or functional. The air conditioner was just a fan, didn’t cool the room at all. Would never stay there again. Especially considering the price was not much cheaper than most others in the area.”

“All of the reviews of this property were spot on! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The property is newly renovated and was perfect for an overnight on the road home to Texas. We had a great, spacious room with a view of the snowy mountains in May! Very clean and quiet. Nice, hot coffee for our early morning check out!”

“The beds are new and comfortable. The facility is run down and the room was filthy. Carpet was dirty and only vacuumed in the middle. Sides had crumbs and dust bunnies. They haven't moved the chairs in years as dust bunnies were on the wall and just disgusting in cleanliness.”

Tralasciando il fatto che il motel cade a pezzi…la mia camera puzzava talmente tanto che mi è venuto da vomitare…l’ho fatto presente e hanno semplicemente spruzzato detergente sulla moquette che dopo poco puzzava più di prima di marcio e di muffa. Dal bagno usciva un’odore di cadavere. Inoltre il motel non è per niente sicuro, ci vive una gang che mi ha osservato ad ogni mio gesto e ogni volta che mi muovevo…ho dormito malissimo anche perché la finestra non si chiudeva quindi...
