“Overall, an okay stay. I appreciate a hotel that's not right off the highway, it was quiet. However, it is a shame you have to pay for mediocre breakfast. Staff wasn't the friendliest, they seem to be understaffed maybe? Room was not very clean, there were hairs all over the shower and bathroom, I don't think the shower had been cleaned. There was also a stain on the cover sheet for the bed. Would give them another chance if we ever need to stay here again. ”

“Amazing hotel with a big hall, overlooking balconies on trees and inner garden with pool, 5 warm and cozy hot tubes and a small fountain with fishes. Rich breakfast, big room and perfect cleaning. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break. ”

“We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to...

“It was easy to find. The staff was warm and welcoming. The lobby area was very nice and updated. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was great and the water pressure was fabulous! Breakfast was good with all of the options including cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. Beverage options included coffee, juices and tea. It was a very comfortable and economical stay after a long day of driving.”

“Front counter lady was very grumpy and acted like she hated her job. Breakfast was horrible. Beds were clean but overall place was very old outdated and falling apart”

“There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative. My husband had the door open to the milk fridge and she told him he needed to shut it. He stated that he would as soon as he was done and she proceeded to tell him that...
