“Es la 3ra vez que nos quedamos aquí, simplemente hermoso el resort, tiene todo para hacer, no hay que salir. Realmente se siente uno en el Caribe. Los restaurantes son excelentes todos, los bares , wuaoo las pizzas, la comida del Rooftop deliciosa y sobre todo lo amables que son. La habitacion muy cómoda, la cama, la vista a la playa. Gracias a todos por sus atenciones, a los que mantienen en pie el resort, lo apreciamos mucho. Dios mediante seguiremos viniendo.”

“We spent six nights at the hotel, but our room was only cleaned properly during the first two days. The floor was sticky and greasy, and it wasn't mopped once during our stay. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and most of the time, it was even poorly cooked. The staff was okay, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. “This IS NOT an ADULTS ONLY resort as advertised! There are children everywhere! So if you're looking for an adult only location THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! As a mother of 4 I did NOT want to be on a mixed aged resort. Specifically picked the Rif because it was advertised and stated to be Adults ONLY! If i wanted to be around more kids I would have brought my own! Children were out of control in buffet and all over the Rif. Very upsetting! Also didn't receive celebration amenities that were promised...
