“I would love to give 5 stars, the resort was nice, clean for the most part and food was good except for at The Mix, which we had to pay an extra $45 per person for as it was not included in our AI package. The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. Well situated on the island. The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes.
