“The house is very nice. Having the boat slip for our boat was wonderful. The deck is also very nice. It was lovely sitting out there watching the water and boats go by. Communication was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion would be, the house needs a toaster.”

“Pull into the garage - it's a tandem and fits two cars - a huge plus for us. And while there are a ton of stairs to haul luggage up and down the property is very nice. Main floor (actually the 2nd floor - garage takes up the entire first floor space) features a bedroom/bath plus kitchen and living area. “Great little house to use as a home base to enjoy Lafayette. Quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen, comfortable bed and nice yard for the dogs. Communication with the owner was seamless. If you need to use the AC - just push hard on the on button until you hear the beep- that was the only issue I had - but once I figured it out, it worked great. Would definitely stay there again.”

Owner is trying to remediate, hope it goes better for the next guests 3) Pro: New hot tub! The view from it can not be beat 4) FYI: Long single lane road to property. Was a bit scary around the blind corners. Still worth it.”

We did need a few more kitchen item - couldn't find the toaster and cookie sheets since we are foodies and wanted to cook but all in all - it was very nice and we would rent again if needed.”
