“The house was very nice in a beautiful location. The only issue we had was there was limited silverware. Plenty of spoons and knives but no forks. Other than that small issue it was great. ”

Main house had good amenities. And plenty of space. A nice secluded location. Very quiet, yet only 10 mins away from downtown Sandford and 35 minutes away from Cary and South Raleigh. Recommended ”

“Beautifully and tastefully decorated house! It was the perfect place for my large family to attend my daughter’s White Coat Ceremony at Duke. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The place is immaculate. Melissa was super helpful. She answered all my questions patiently, which I realized later some were already stated clearly on the website. Much appreciated!”

“This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh.”

“The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock....
