They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. “There was a lot wrong with my family’s stay at this location. Upon arrival, they could not find our Expedia booking. The key cards did not work when we got them, so I went back downstairs and the guy told me it’s normal for them to not work and you have to repetitively slide them in and out for about a minute before it will unlock. The hotel was not clean, and there was a large dog who ran out of the elevator. The bed linens were not clean and there was crumbs and smears on the surfaces. The...

“This was one of the best we have stayed at! Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff, and great breakfast!!”

“Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful”
