Astelia Villa is a spacious 120m² residence, designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The villa features three luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each meticulously designed to provide maximum comfort and flexibility. The bedrooms are furnished with COCO-MAT double beds (180 x 2.00m) that can be converted into twins, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One bedroom includes a jacuzzi bathtub, another a standard bathtub, and the third a shower cabin, offering a variety of relaxation options.

The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa, perfect for socializing and unwinding. It includes a comfortable seating area with plush sofas, a 55-inch TV, and a dining area adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen.
