“Great stay for a soccer tournament weekend! The hotel was excellent overall. My teenage son absolutely loved the **pool and gym**, which was a huge bonus after long days at the fields. The room itself was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and the **bathroom stood out as especially spacious and spotless**, which we really appreciated.

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable.
However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal.
The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system.
It was 7:00 PM, I was traveling with my three-year-old child, and despite the obvious situation, the staff refused to let me check in.
