“It is clear that the new management bought this property to just collect a paycheck for themselves. The continental breakfast was a few muffins and little packages of cereal. No eggs, no sausage, no hot food whatsoever. They do not answer the phone when you call, it just rings on repeat and then automatically hangs up without a voicemail set up.”

“Our room was so clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Everything was perfect here except for the temperature of the room. We weren't able to manipulate the temperature, so it was quite cold for us. We asked for a couple of blankets and that solved the problem at night. ”

“Clean room”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

“Weird smells, old”

“gross, yellow stains on towels and red stains. Cracks in the walls, tiles coming out the ground, thin sheet for comforter, terrible jail bed”

“The breakfast was very disappointing, it only consisted of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, duchess honey bun, and duchess frosted donuts. Very disappointed. ”

“The hotel and the room were so clean. The bed was just fine. Coffee in the morning was hot. I didn’t mind that the room decor was a little dated. It was an excellent choice for a budget stay.”

“Everything is good except for the indian lady and the indian guy of the morning nothing profesional and with actitud, like u are gonna stay for free”

“It was an older hotel and needs some updating.”

“Hot tub didn’t work. Was told it was working but there were no jets running so…. ?”
