“My room was clean and comfortable, but when I booked, I was not told that part of the hotel is closed for refurbishing, including the workout room.”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

“My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). “The staff was polite and responsive. I dont usually have alot negative to say but this place did not stand up to the reviews. Extremely dirty everywhere in the room. Floor, behind beds, bathroom. Blood stained mattress cover, blood on the wall by bathroom sink. The bathroom door has splatters of probably soap snd toothpaste all over it. Because of a bad experience at another location we always check the bed and area to just make sure we have no surprises. I have pictures but dont know if...

“My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors.”

“My room was not cleaned, I had a full garbage and stains around the rim of the toilet and trash under the table, I did notify day 1 and 2, was promised to be moved into a clean room and it was never done, I will never stay at this property again ”
