“Hottub was out of order ”

“My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). “My room was clean and comfortable, but when I booked, I was not told that part of the hotel is closed for refurbishing, including the workout room.”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

“Room was clean, pool area is great for kids and adults. If you don’t want the noise of the pool area they have many rooms that are quieter ”

“The staff was polite and responsive. I dont usually have alot negative to say but this place did not stand up to the reviews. Extremely dirty everywhere in the room. Floor, behind beds, bathroom. Blood stained mattress cover, blood on the wall by bathroom sink. The bathroom door has splatters of probably soap snd toothpaste all over it. “Toilet, shower and sink were all dirty and had hair in all surfaces. Nice staff, but the room gave me the heebiejeebies”

“The only complaint I have is that the hotel wifi wouldn’t work in my room. It did work when we left the room but not in it. Being from outside the US we depend on wifi .”

“The room was simple & clean with a tv, fridge & microwave. The breakfast was underwhelming - no cereal or milk, just eggos, mini bagels & bread. The first day we were there, the orange juice ran out 30 min before the end of breakfast. We didn't bother with it the second day”
