“The staff was polite and responsive. I dont usually have alot negative to say but this place did not stand up to the reviews. Extremely dirty everywhere in the room. Floor, behind beds, bathroom. Blood stained mattress cover, blood on the wall by bathroom sink. The bathroom door has splatters of probably soap snd toothpaste all over it. Because of a bad experience at another location we always check the bed and area to just make sure we have no surprises. I have pictures but dont know if...

“I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike. Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available....

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

“My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible).
