Questa soleggiata casa su 2 livelli con vista sull'oceano è perfetta per un weekend o un periodo sabbatico prolungato. La bellissima "vista sull'oceano", terapeutica "nuotare spa", e curatissimo giardino con gazebo, tutti insieme per offrire la fuga perfetta. La nostra spiaggia locale è a 0. 8 miglia di distanza, e ci sono molte attrazioni locali e ristoranti raffinati nelle vicinanze.

I ponti superiori ed inferiori sono perfetti per intrattenere, BBQing, o guardare il tramonto. Il giardino sul retro, con le sue belle piantagioni, e gazebo, sono un rifugio perfetto per il caffè del mattino o il tè del pomeriggio.

LIVELLO SUPERIORE COMPRENDE:
La principale area LIVING ROOM, che ha una pianta aperta con soffitto a travi a vista cattedrale, e pavimenti in rovere massello bianco raschiato a mano bella. C'è un HDTV 4K da 52 pollici, con Xfinity TV / DVR, un lettore Blue Ray Disk e una barra audio Bluetooth per trasmettere le tue app musicali.

Il riscaldamento centralizzato ad aria forzata, mantiene la casa accogliente e calda in inverno.

Il moderno CUCINA GOURMET è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici Viking, e lavastoviglie. Sono fornite tutte le pentole, utensili da cucina, piatti, posate e. Il tavolo da pranzo è espandibile a sedere 4 - 8 persone.

Il ponte superiore ha sedie da giardino per 6 persone e un tavolo da cocktail. La griglia del barbecue è a gas propano.

La camera da letto, che è al piano superiore, ha un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio, cassettiera, e un salotto, un lavandino vanità e bagno completo, con vasca e doccia combo.

GIÙ LE SCALE - "ATTENZIONE", ci sono le scale che conducono dal soggiorno al livello inferiore. Se avete bambini piccoli, si suggerisce che portare il proprio barriera / porta, in quanto vi è nessun sito.

PIANO INFERIORE COMPRENDE:
Camera 2 e 3, e un bagno completo con vasca e doccia combo sono al livello più basso.

Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio a specchio pieno, cassettiera, e una bellissima vista sul giardino, e un HDTV da 24 "LCD con Amazon Fuoco Stick.

Camera 3 ha un divano letto pieghevole full size e un letto a due piazze "rollaway", una scrivania / spazio di lavoro, con accesso internet via cavo, una stampante e un SAMSUNG SMART TV 32 ', Hulu, Netflix, Youtube e Amazon pronto.

L'accesso al ponte inferiore, giardino e Swim Spa sono al livello più basso, con camera da letto 3.

ESCLUSIONE DI RESPONSABILITÀ: TELECAMERE DI SICUREZZA - Per la vostra sicurezza e la sicurezza della nostra proprietà, ci sono telecamere di sicurezza situate al di fuori SOLO. Due telecamere si trovano nella parte anteriore della casa, di fronte al vialetto e all'ingresso della porta anteriore. Incredible and quiet summer stay

We’ve been all over the central coast for various holidays (including the resort at seascape down the road) and this was by far the best lodging experience we’ve ever had. Michael was very friendly and communicative, and the house was extremely clean and easy to manage/navigate. The beach is less than a mile away (walkable) and the neighborhood itself is very nice to stroll around. We look forward to returning when we can!

Very comfortable and relaxing!

If there's such a thing as a 'Hosting Award', Michael Taravella should get one! His attention to detail in the description of his property gets even better before, during and after your stay. He is such a delight and so considerate to take the time to chat by phone before we arrived and made it easy to understand all aspects of the house. The house is so immaculate and set up like a 5-star resort where you can enjoy top of the line cooking appliances, utensils, bedding. etc. The location is great; easy getting to Santa Cruz, Capitola, etc. Thank you, Michael, for being so kind and communitive. Great vacation getaway

The rental is amazing. All the great amenities in rental and then some. Great ocean view. Centrally located so you are just a couple of miles from Capitola and Santa Cruz. Sea Cliff beach is beautiful. The communication with the owner was great. He made everything so easy and welcoming. We will definitely be returning for another vacation stay.

Comfortable place right near beaches

This place was very clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance of a beach, and a quick drive to other fun spots. The owner was very friendly and good with communication. The house is well stocked. The swim spa was really nice!

This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely be going back on a yearly basis!

This property is one of a kind that I believe everybody should experience at one point during their adventures in this beautiful state of California! My family and I love the kitchen and how well stocked everything is and it makes cooking together as a family of very enjoyable experience! The grounds put this property above and beyond any others! The swim spa is so therapeutic and relaxing at the end of the day that my brother and sister-in-law are planning to purchase one now!

Lovely house, enjoyable stay

This house in Aptos was just the right size and configuration for the four of us, with a master bedroom and the living areas all on one floor. One of our party has mobility problems, so we gave him and his wife the master suite while the two of us took the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and study. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we were able to cook meals without having to buy any extra kitchen gear, or sauces and spices, for that matter. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about 3miles from Capitola and 10 from Santa Cruz, and has a good supermarket withing a five minute drive. Also two good restaurants, Sanderlings at the Seascape Resort, and Palapas, a Mexican restaurant, across the street from the Seascape. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will return at some point...

Great home!

This was a great home base for a young family. We enjoyed beach time (go to rio Del Mar state beach. Close and kid friendly), went to the boardwalk, did roaring camp train park, and even did a day in Monterey! This was a great central location for anything we wanted to do. The house was super clean, had everything we could have needed, and the swim spa was an awesome way to unwind after busy, fun-filled days. Thanks for the fun family memories!

A Gem!

Michael's home was just as described and the location was perfect for our little family getaway! He has a spectacular view from the moment you step into his home and the place was spotless! His kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, including oils, spices, etc. He even has foil, Ziploc baggies, and all those extras that other properties sometimes lack. His appliances are top of the line, too! We enjoyed opening up the sliding glass door in the dining/living room area, to enjoy the nice breeze. The showers had wonderful pressure, the furniture and beds were all comfortable, and having the swim spa was such an added bonus! Michael is a man after my own heart, with having everything labeled and clearly organized to make it easy to know where things are located and how he would like things left when it was time to check-out. He truly cares about his home and wants his guests to care also, which is admirable. Talking with him on the phone was pleasant and he was so informative about a very lovely beach that was just down the hill from his home. My sister, kids, and I had the most wonderful beach day at this beach and it seriously only took us 3 minutes to get there in our car from his driveway! We would definitely stay at Michael's lovely home again!

Very well stocked and comfortable

This house was a great base from which to explore. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with both pantry items, condiments and small appliances. The owner’s directions were very clear, and the swim spa (think Michael Phelps) was pretty fun. (I wish I’d brought a kick board!)
