This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family residence is located on a bluff overlooking our lovely Aptos community, the beach at Rio Del Mar with the Monterey Bay beyond.  Upon crossing the threshold into this home - you will feel like you have been transported to an Italian hill town!   Colorful tiling is throughout, a small but cozy living room with warm neutral colors and fireplace, a well appointed kitchen sits across from the dining area and awe inspiring views are throughout!  The Casa Des Suenos has the most wonderful indoor/outdoor layout, and is ideally set up for entertaining.  As you step out to the patio from the dining area is an impressive outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ and island with two levels of out door seating areas, exterior lighting and heaters, and lots of foliage to make things pretty and private for your next outdoor event.
