“After travelling from Perth to Melb for uni commitments and rushing to make the 5pm check-in deadline (otherwise needing to give a $250 key deposit as the couldn’t “vet” me)-we arrived at our apartment around 7pm to find another group already staying in the room we had been allocated keys to.
