“Good experience. Conveniently located.”

“We had silver status but we’re not offered the bag with water & snacks. Had to ask for it. We also were concerned about the safety of the parking lot since we had luggage in our car. When we mentioned it, they didn’t share that they had someone monitoring the parking lot. Room wasn’t very clean. Bugs in the bathroom and some dried food under the bed. ”

“Stayed there when it was Bradford House (before Hyatt). There were a few signs of age in the room but it was very clean, and the price, location, and secure covered parking (albeit for $29/night) make it a great choice for those who want to stay in the area of SMU or the Park Cities.”

“Located next to the highway and our room faced the Highway, you could hear the traffic noise all night long. Window treatments are too short and do not block the sun. There is a shade cover underneath too, but that is transparent too. Bed was comfy and room was spacious but -Glad I was only there one night because it was difficult to sleep. ”

“Great spot to stay if you are staying overnight for a concert at The Bomb Factory. Location is close and walkable to other places around.”
