“We had our vehicle stolen at this location. The vehicle theft within this area is extremely high. The hotel itself isn’t too bad but there is no security at all!! There are a lot of homeless people in the area going through. It’s a very sketchy area!!”

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“Clean room, safe and secure inside, could benefit from an in room safe. Mostly quiet. I liked the water in the reception area. Adequate for the price point. I wasn’t used to the socio-economic conditions in downtown Dallas. It did feel edgy walking around in the area of the hotel. I understood the authorities are working hard to improve safety in downtown, significant police and security evident and very friendly and supportive of tourists.”
