“The smell of cleaning solution or something is unbelievably overwhelming when you walk in the place. The room itself smelled mildew-like. I asked to be in a quiet room and was out right by the back door, the door to the stairs and the laundry room which was a source of literal constant slamming every 30 seconds all day and night, it was like torture. I messaged the hotel but no one responded though they responded about the Wi-Fi password, so they did get the message. The shower was pretty lame,...

“The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the building itself is gorgeous — beautiful interiors and it smelled amazing throughout. Our room was cozy and beautifully appointed with luxurious Santal 33 products.
