“We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms.”

“Mare e posizione incantevole, spiaggia di sabbia bianca, molto ampia e poco affollata, personale cortese e disponibile. Manca una sala ristorante ci sono solo tavoli nella zona reception dove vengono serviti piatti da tavola calda. Si può comunque accedere al ristorante (stessa catena) attiguo. Camera spaziosa dotata di piccola zona cucina. Il problema è che per fare la spesa nel piccolo supermarket della zona devi chiamare un taxi.”

“It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. ”

“The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. ”
