Banyan Tree Bintan charmed us into loving the place. Yes, the drains may have been a little smelly at times, the doors didn't fit properly and our villa could have done with a refresh, but the privacy, the attention of the staff and the food were all exceptional.

Alla the staff was nice and pleasant, they made us fell at home… they pay attention to all the needs of people on vacation… our stay was awesome, in front of the sea with beach loungers and hammock… quiet place perfect to rest… great quality of food, different kind of cuisine… awesome also the spa with their massage service… nothing bad to declare, I would suggest it to people looking for a quiet place ”
“Bello il posto, tranquillo, spiaggia pulita ma petrolio e meduse in mare rovinano l’atmosfera.
Al di fuori c’e Il nulla e qualsiasi cosa si voglia fare va pagata extra.... decisamente esagerato! Il cibo è buono ed il prezzo medio alto. La pulizia della camera è molto approssimativa e nonostante alloggiassimo in due suite nessuna attenzione al numero di asciugamani ed accessori per il bagno: mancava sempre qualcosa! ”
