“We were awakened in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room. I contacted the front desk who blew me off saying to go back to sleep, clearly guest going to wrong room. This is understandable but what happened next wasn’t. A few minutes later the room phone rang, the front desk demanded to know why we were still occupying the room after having checked out (which we hadn’t). I explained that we were still here on the second night of a two night stay but the clerk said that...

“Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. “Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded.”

“I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience.”

“Great location to Delaney Park and the finish of the Anchorage marathon. No elevators made it a little challenging with luggage.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”
