“I paid for a king size bed, I did not receive that. My first morning I woke up to a backed up toilet and soaking wet floor from their ac unit. They switched my room to another room which had the same problem. We couldn’t even use the toilet,because it was constantly backing up with waste. luckily my family lives close by. I did call for them to come and fix it, they said it was fixed and it was not. Also it would be best to let customers know the building is under construction during their stay...
